At Moonflower Mercantile, each piece is thoughtfully selected, photographed, and described with care. Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, handmade, vintage, or artisan-created jewelry.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, fit, size, stone variation, or other personal preference.

Please review all photographs, measurements, sizing, descriptions, and other product details carefully before purchasing. We are always happy to answer questions about an item before you place your order.

Handmade, Artisan & Natural Materials

Many Moonflower pieces are handmade and feature natural stones and materials. Variations in color, matrix, texture, shape, stamping, oxidation, and other characteristics are part of the individual nature of these pieces and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order exactly as expected. If your item arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact Moonflower Mercantile within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Shipping Damage

Please retain the original packaging and shipping materials if an item arrives damaged, as photographs and packaging may be required for a shipping or insurance claim.
