Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $8
FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $175 or more
Express Shipping: $15

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Moonflower Mercantile is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Moonflower Mercantile within 3 days of delivery and retain the item, packaging, and shipping materials. Photographs may be required so we can assist with a shipping or insurance claim.

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
